This summer, Phoenix Property Investors will present an exciting cross-malls shopping voucher campaign across five of its shopping and leisure landmarks. With unlimited spending and rewards vouchers, customers can enjoy an array of international cuisines and shopping privileges!
These landmarks, including Tower 535, Cubus, and O’South Coast (Capri Place, Monterey Place, Savannah Place), offer a diverse selection of dining options and stylish shopping experiences. From May 8 to August 31, 2025, customers who spend HK$400 or more using electronic payment at participating merchants will receive a free HK$100 reward voucher for their next shopping experience. Spending HK$800 earns two HK$100 vouchers, and so on—the more you spend, the more rewards you get!
Reward Activity 1: Unlimited Spending, Unlimited Rewards—HK$100 Reward Voucher Giveaway
Step 1 – Spending
Between May 8 and June 30, spend HK$400 or more using electronic payment at participating merchants in Tower 535, Cubus, or O’South Coast (Capri Place, Monterey Place, Savannah Place) to receive one HK$100 reward voucher. Spend HK$800 to receive two HK$100 vouchers, and so forth. The more you spend, the more rewards you gain!
Step 2 – Redeem HK$100 Reward Voucher

- OpenRice e-Voucher: The e-voucher will automatically be credited to the "Rewards Double-Up" section of the OpenRice member account within two business days.

Step 3 – Use HK$100 Reward Voucher
From July 1 to August 31, customers can use one HK$100 reward voucher for every transaction of HK$300 or more made with electronic payment at participating merchants in Tower 535, Cubus, or O’South Coast (Capri Place, Monterey Place, Savannah Place). Only one reward voucher can be used per transaction.
Reward Activity 2: Enjoy Dining Discounts of Up to 30% through OpenRice
During the promotional period, customers can enjoy discounts of up to 30% at participating restaurants in Tower 535, Cubus, or O’South Coast (Capri Place, Monterey Place, Savannah Place) by completing "eligible transactions" via the OpenRice mobile app or website. The discounts are regularly updated, ensuring delightful surprises every time you dine at these selected restaurants!
