Fur-tastic Shopping Rewards

• From November 23, 2024, to December 31, 2024, customer can redeem one pet accessory, one ticket for mall activities, one HK$50 merchant voucher and additional three hours same-day free parking privilege upon same-day spending of HK$300 from the participating merchants by electronic payment at O' South Coast. Furthermore, upon same-day spending of HK$600 from the participating merchants by electronic payment at O' South Coast, customer can redeem one pet gift set, two tickets for mall activities, two HK$50 merchant vouchers and additional five hours same-day free parking privilege. Each receipt must have a minimum spending of HK$100, and up to three same-day electronic receipts from participating merchants can be combined for redemption. 
  
  
• Offers and gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Further notice regarding the availability of offers and gifts will not be provided.
  
  
• Each valid electronic receipt and its corresponding electronic payment slip can only be used once. Once used, these receipts and payment slips cannot be redeemed for other mall promotions or activities, except for free parking. Merchant-provided offers are not governed by these terms and conditions.

• Free parking offers are valid across Capri Place, Monterey Place, and Savannah Place. Parking spaces are subject to availability. If parking demand exceeds capacity, O'South Coast reserves the right to suspend free parking offers.

• Each eligible customer can redeem only one set of gifts per tier per day.

• Images of gifts are for reference only, and actual items shall prevail.

• Customers must make eligible purchases using electronic payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay QuickPass, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or other stored-value payment tools regulated under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584) (e.g., Octopus, Octopus O! ePay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet). Customers must register at the concierge desks at Capri Place, Monterey Place, or Savannah Place with same-day electronic receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips. If necessary, customers may be required to provide transaction records for verification.

• Redemption services at Capri Place and Savannah Place are available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, customers are requested to proceed to Monterey Place to complete the redemption. Monterey Place’s redemption services are available from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For transactions made after 8:00 PM, eligible customers may redeem the vouchers the following day. Late redemption requests will not be entertained.

• Each valid electronic receipt must include the merchant’s name, invoice number, transaction number, transaction date, and transaction amount.

• The eligible spending amount is calculated based on the lower amount shown on the receipt or corresponding electronic payment slip. Discounts, use of cash vouchers, privileged coupons, or promotional codes are excluded from the calculation.

• Split transactions are not accepted. Spending at the same merchant cannot be split into multiple receipts or payment slips for redemption purposes. The transaction amount on the electronic receipt must match the payment slip.

• The following receipts and transactions are not eligible for this promotion: any form of medical services, schooltuition fee, religious group services, food delivery services, elderly care services, laundry and dry cleaning services, parking services, purchase of parking cards, exhibition venues, temporary pop-up stores (updated merchant list available upon request), banking services, insurance premiums, Octopus card purchases or top-ups, value-added services, bill payments, mail orders, fax/email/phone/online orders, cable fees, phone card fees, ticket sales, goods exchange transactions, purchases or use of vouchers, shopping mall gift cards, membership cards, discount cards, value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, cake cards, and wedding gift certificates. Photocopies, handwritten, reprinted, or damaged receipts and payment slips, advance payments, refunds, uncleared, or ineligible transactions are also not accepted.

• The concierge will stamp and copy the receipts and corresponding payment slips for internal records.

• Phoenix Property Investors Limited and O'South Coast are not responsible for the quality of promotional gifts, services, or related products. All gifts are non-returnable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers must inspect and collect gifts on-site.

• Phoenix Property Investors Limited and O'South Coast reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Phoenix Property Investors Limited and O'South Coast reserve the right to take legal action to recover any amounts involved in cases of fraudulent activity during the promotion.

• In case of disputes, Phoenix Property Investors Limited and O'South Coast reserve the right to make the final decision.

• In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
