Parking Privilege
Terms and conditions
- Parking Privileges: Customers who spend every HK$200 or above in Monterey Place or Capri Place or Savannah Place can enjoy 3 hours Complimentary Parking on the same day (Maximum 3 hours per day). Maximum 3 electronic receipts from tenants of Monterey Place or Capri Place or Savannah Place will be accepted for each redemption. For each valid receipts are applicable to one vehicle only.
- Only Electronic Payment are accepted. Electronic Payments include: Credit Card, EPS, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Payme, FPS, UnionPay (QuickPass), WeChat Pay, Alipay or others stored value payment instrument (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus "O! ePay", Tap & Go and TNG Wallet) which regulated by the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584).
- Same-day original receipt(s) and Octopus must be presented for registration. Only electronic receipt which clearly show the shop names and cashier machine printed reference will be accepted. Topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping, trade-in transactions or product redemptions; purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, payments settled by cash; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions are not accepted.
- Following trades are NOT applicable for parking privileges: Church, Youth Services, Elderly Services, Schools, Medical Clinics, Dentist Clinics, Veterinary Clinics.
- For hourly carpark user in the case of loss of Octopus, NO parking privilege will be granted. The user should fully settle the actual parking fee in accordance with the corporation parking record.
- Monterey Place and Capri Place and Savannah Place Management Office reserves the right to amend the offer, Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Monterey Place and Capri Place and Savannah Place Management Office shall be final. All customers should follow the Terms and Conditions of parking privilege redemption.
