O’South Coast Dog Parking Facilities - User Guide
I) This free facility is only for short-term storage of dogs by customers of this mall, other breeds of pets are not allowed to use
II) The usage time for each customer and their dog is half an hour. If the usage time exceeds half an hour, the Management Office will notify the relevant government department to take away the dog without further notice
III) For the safety of dogs, customers are not allowed to use this facility when the Observatory is hoisting the No. 3 or above wind signal, red rainstorm or above, and hot weather warning. the Management Office has the right to decide whether to open the facilities according to the weather on site
IV) Customers must prepare a dog leash not exceeding 1.5 meters long to connect the lock of dog parking facility
V) The Management Office recommends that customers wear masks for dogs to prevent dogs from attacking people or other animals while parked
VI) The daily use time is 08:00am-10:00pm. If the staff of this department finds a dog parked outside this period, the Management Office will notify the relevant government department to take it away without further notice
VII) The fighting dogs listed in the current laws and regulations are not allowed to use this facility, including Pit Bull Terrier, Argentinian Dogo, Japanese Tosa Inu, Brazilian Fila and the mixed breed dogs of these four breeds
VIII) Customers must take care of their dogs and be responsible for their safety. If the dog is injured, becomes ill, disappears or even dies due to any reason during the parking period, or the behaviour of the dog causes property damage to others, the Management Office and the Landlord of O’South Coast will not be responsible
IX) If the dog defecates during the parking period, a cleaning fee of HK$1,000 will be charged
X) If the facility is damaged due to improper use by customers, compensation of HK$3,000 will be charged
XI) The Management Office reserves the right to make the final decision of this guideline
