Summer Treats for You Campaign
Phoenix Property Investors will launch an exciting cross-mall shopping voucher campaign across five of its shopping and leisure landmarks, including Tower 535, Cubus, and O’South Coast (Capri Place, Monterey Place, and Savannah Place). Customers who spend HK$400 or more using electronic payment at participating merchants will receive a HK$100 reward voucher. The more you spend, the more rewards you earn—making this the perfect opportunity to enjoy dining and shopping. O’South Coast will also introduce the “Joy with Pets Rewards at O’ South Coast” programme. Customers who book designated restaurants at O’South Coast via the OpenRice platform and complete five bookings will receive an additional HK$100 e-voucher. The top three customers with the highest number of completed reservations will also receive special rewards for you and your beloved pet!
Step 1: Same-day Spending and Redemption
(1 May – 30 June, 2026)
During the Campaign Period, customers who visit Tower 535, Cubus, or O'South Coast malls (Capri Place, Monterey Place, Savannah Place) can earn one HK$100 voucher upon electronic spending of HK$400 at participating merchants. Spend HK$800 to earn two HK$100 vouchers, and so on.
A maximum of two same-day machine-printed receipts from participating merchants can be combined for each redemption. Each redemption allows a maximum of 20 vouchers to be claimed.

Redemption Method
Customers can redeem physical vouchers or OpenRice e-Vouchers at designated redemption locations#.
(Pre-order or onsite payment via OpenRice mobile app or website, OpenRice e-Voucher will be automatically credited to the Reward Double-Up in customer's OpenRice account within 7 working days)

(For transactions made after 10:00 p.m., redemptions may be completed on the next day. For transactions at Capri Place and Savannah Place made after 6:00 p.m., customers may proceed to the Monterey Place concierge desk for redemption or redeem at the Capri Place or Savannah Place concierge desk on the next day. (No retrospective arrangements can be made.)
Step 2: Using Reward Vouchers
(1 July – 31 August, 2026)
Use one HK$100 reward voucher upon electronic spending of HK$300 or above in a single transaction at participating merchants in Tower 535, Cubus, or O'South Coast (Capri Place, Monterey Place, Savannah Place). Only one reward voucher can be used per transaction. Voucher can be used across malls.
